Apply to BrIDGs
Applications to develop potential therapies for any disease or disorder may be submitted to BrIDGs. Eligible applicant organizations include academic institutions, not-for-profit organizations and SBIR-eligible businesses. View the criteria for SBIR eligibility. Foreign academic and nonprofit institutions as well as NIH intramural researchers may apply.
Applications must be submitted electronically via the proposalCENTRAL application system. If your organization has not registered with proposalCENTRAL before, it must do so before an application can be submitted.
The BrIDGs program accepts applications once a year. The last opportunity to submit an application to BrIDGs was between December 1, 2012, and February 1, 2013. Final decisions about what projects will be selected are anticipated to be made by September 2013.
